candlesticks wicks color can't be changed except on current

Thank you for the message.

It is possible one of the many add-ons on that chart is causing the Wick Color to not change as expected.

Please create a new/basic chart with no add-ons or Templates applied and see if the Wick colors change as desired:

• Go to the Control Center > New > Chart
• Select the MNQ 12-24
• Make it a 1-minute chart
• Set the 'Days to load' to 5
• Make sure 'Template' in the top-right corner is set to < None >
• Set the Time frame > Trading hours > To "Default 24x7"
• Set the Candlewick > Color > To white or a variation of it
• Click OK to make the chart
  • Does this chart load in as expected?
  • Are the Wicks the correct color?
    • If yes, you can either remove things from the original chart 1-by-1 until the Wicks turn White to find the cause.
      • Or, add things back to the "Test" chart 1-by-1 until the Wicks change colors and you'll know the last thing added to the chart is changing the wick colors.
      • From there you can reach out to the developer of the add-on and ask them why it is happening and how to avoid it moving forward.
