    Lost all Connection settings

    I had a couple of back to back power outages and when I loaded NT8 I lost all of my connection information. It looks like it reverted to a new install. This has happened before but I do not remember what I did to fix it. So far I have uninstalled and reinstalled NT and tried to restore my last backup which failed. Any Ideas?

    Thank you for the message.

    If the backup you had didn't work, then you will want to re-configure your connections, set the workspace back up, and then export a new backup file once everything is set back up.

    To make the configure button appear, re-enable Multi-provider Mode:
    Then, you can reconfigure your connection to data:
    Then, reconfigure your workspaces as desired.
    • Remember to save the workspace in the Control Center > Workspaces menu

    Once everything is set back up, you could follow along with the guides below to export a backup file that includes a copy of all of your settings in case this happens again:
