Can I connect two different RTrader accounts simultaneously on one device for automated trading? Or an RTrader and a ninjatrader live account at the same time?

Thank you for the message.

Unfortunately, no.

This is a limitation of the "Rithmic for NinjaTrader Brokerage" adapter within the NinjaTrader platform.

• It only allows One active Rithmic-based connection at a time.

You can have multiple Rithmic-based connections "Configured" in the Connections menu, but you can only actively connect to One of them at a time.

• To switch, you would have to disconnect from the first connection and then switch to the other one.

Hello, I have to use 2 APEX accounts. One for personal and one for Business. I just wanted to confirm if it's still the case that NT only allows 1 x Rithmic connection?

If it's still the case this means I have have 1 x Apex account for Rithmic and with the other I use Tradovate.

Thank you for the update.

The "Rithmic for NinjaTrader Brokerage" connection type still only supports 1 active connection at a time.


Since your 2nd account is Tradovate-based, it doesn't matter as this doesn't use the "Rithmic for NinjaTrader Brokerage" connection type.

You are allowed to have as many "NinjaTrader" connections set up as you want.

• So, you can connect multiple Tradovate-based evaluation connections under this connection type.
