hart won't load with the tick data

Hi, I'm using a VPS service, and the chart won't load with the tick data. It works on the 5-minute chart but not on the Renko charts, even when using the default settings. Can you please help? Thanks!​​

Thank you for posting on the NInjaTrader forums.


NinjaTrader offers support for Interactive Brokers data, including historical and real-time data, but tick data specifically is not fully supported.


Interactive Brokers provides limited historical data, typically focused on minute and daily bars. Tick data is not available historically for most instruments.
