how to control manual TSL & Mouse sensitivity level

Hi NT8 Support

I have simple but very annoying issue with stop loss when i attempt to move it manually, here is my issue:

when I click on stop loss to move it most of the time i end up scrolling back the chart this led to missing out desired tsl levels since price reverse especially on tick charts.
second issue is when i attempt to drop stop loss it wont i feel it it's stick to the mouse and i have to click many times +2

so the question here is there sensitivity levels to control that i am unaware of?

Unfortunately there is not an option to lock the chart from being moved with either the mouse or the scroll wheel however you may use the link below to submit this request to our product team for consideration to implement in future releases:

Currently when modifying an order this is a click and click method however if you find yourself needing to click multiple time to drop the order I suggest testing using a different mouse to ensure there is not an issue with the left mouse you are currently using.

I'm glad it's common issue and you figured it out.

Thanks for the link I have submitted the feature request.

As per my mouse it's latest model brand new logi and it has no issue. It's what you said interaction when drag and drop the order with chart moving I hope they can lock the chart when I move orders I think this will solve it.

To be honest I'm grateful for feature request option. they are very supportive and responsive. I remember I had a suggestion regards funding account and auto credit card data subscription and they added that as an option recently.!
