No Stop Loss ATM

HI,

I am interested in creating ATM that has only a profit target and no stop-loss or ability to create a negative stop-loss from the start (effectively making it a profit target). Considering that I can move SL immediately upon creation, is there a reason why I cannot crate one straight away with a negative target?
