Cant close my limit

Hello, i have a problem with my account , today i set limits and after few minutes they turned orange color so i tried to close them with no success , i tried to disconnect and reconnect and it took me a while until it logged in back and when i connected i could close only my buy limits and now im stuck with a sell limit order and when i try to close it i get an error (as on picture im sending ) , tried to close from rithmic with no success, help please

Thank you for posting on the NinjaTrader forums.


If your connection went to 'orange' it indicates an issue with the communication between your PC to the evaluation service's servers. Please try restarting your modem/router when this occurs.


As far as the order goes, I would contact them to make sure that this limit order isn't pending to be filled on their end.
