Issue with chart window

I installed a dark theme for windows and this is how my ninja chart NQ looks like. I basically can't see the candles. If I click on the top bar I can see the candles but when I release the mouse button they disappear again.

If this behavior only started after changing Windows, then try undoing your changes and see if NinjaTrader works as expected again.

• If yes, then this means whatever you installed is breaking NinjaTrader and you can either stop using it or reach out to the creator and ask why it is affecting NinjaTrader and what needs to be done so that it no longer messes with it.

I recently worked with a user who had added a software called "Rectify11" to their PC and then they were having the exact same errors you are describing now.

• Once they disabled and removed Rectify11, the charts in NinjaTrader were working as expected again.

So, whatever changes you made, undo those and see if the charts load in like normal again.

Yes I've installed rectify 11 too. I didn't have issues with any other app but NT.

From here, you could either remove Rectify11 or reach out to their support team and get their help modifying its settings to no longer affect NinjaTrader.
