Anyone else experiencing indicators being DELETED??

I have a few tabs up in my workspace and recently it started deleting the indicators off of some or all of the tabs. I save the workspace each time so that isn't the issue with it. Has anyone else been dealing with this? I don't know if I have to delete some of them or what to do. This has been working for quite some time and only acting up over the last few weeks. Somedays I login to see that my indicators have been deleted form my 4h NQ chart, for example.

Are the indicators missing from the 'indicators' list altogether, or just not loading on that specific chart? If they're still attached to the chart, it is possible that this would need to be recreated and/or might have become corrupted at some point.
