    NT 8.1.3.1 Trade performance incorrect Time in Orders

    Hello,

    NT version : 8.1.3.1

    OS : windows 10

    NT and OS time zone : UTC+1 (Paris)

    My problem is that in "Orders" tab in Trade performance the Time is incorrect (but in the meantime everything is good in "Trades" tab for example).

    See picture in attachments.

    Is there anyway for me to fix it on my own right now ? (if no please can you report it so it can be corrected ASAP ?)

    Thank you for reaching out.

    What kind of account are you using? Is it a NinjaTrader/Tradovate account or an account with a different broker/evaluation service?

    I'd like to preface that trade performance is only meant as a supplemental report, and we recommend looking at account statements with your broker for an accurate reporting.

    Ninja Trader generates reports from the last time you were flat. Keep this in mind when generating a report.


    Generally, when we see time stamping issues, it is because the user's PC clock is out of sync.

    Before proceeding with more troubleshooting, let's synchronize the PC clock to see if the problem persists afterwards.

    You may use the steps below to sync your PC's internal clock that NinjaTrader's Charts use for its timestamps.
    • Shutdown NinjaTrader
    • Right-click on the clock in the lower-right corner of your desktop
    • Select "Adjust date and time"


    For Windows 10, select 'Date, Time, and regional formatting' > 'Additional date, time, and regional settings' > 'Set the time and date'
    • Select the 'Internet Time' tab at the top
    • Set the server to time.nist.gov and click "Update".
    • If the message that appears says successful your PC clock should now be updated.
    • If not, select a different server from the Server: drop-down and try again (repeat until one of the servers is successful)
    For Windows 11, select Sync Now under Additional Settings. We would also recommend enabling your computer to set the time and the time zone automatically if they are not already enabled.
    After updating the PC clock, reopen NinjaTrader, then right-click in the Chart and select "Reload All Historical Data".

      Hello Erick,

      Thank you for your answer.

      I am with Ninja trader brokerage.

      I really think I have no problems on my part related to my pc clock for the following reasons :

      1) In previous NT versions the time in Orders in Trade Performance worked perfectly well.

      2) On the actual NT version (the most recent one) the time is good in Trades in Trade Performance.

      If there is nothing that I can do to resolve immediatly the problem, is it possible at least to check that internally ?

        Thank you for reaching out.

        If you have completed the steps to sync your PC clock and are still seeing incorrect time stamps on your platform:

        Please send in your log and trace files so that we may look more into what may be occurring.

        You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

        Make sure to categorize your request at the top.

        Ensure 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.

        If you could also provide a screenshot of what you are seeing, that would be appreciated.
