Unable to load data for some instruments.

Dear Support.

I recently created a new demo account.

I'm experiencing issues when loading chart data for Forex, XAUUSD, and stocks. I'm not able to load them anymore.

However, I can load data for futures and cryptocurrencies without any problems.

When I load futures and crypto data, I see a "Loading..." status in the top left corner of the chart. This doesn’t appear when I try to load data for Forex, XAUUSD, or stocks.

This is unusual because, until a few months ago, I could load data for Forex, XAUUSD, and stocks without issue.

However, since installing the latest version of NT8, I'm no longer able to do so.

Any ideas on what might be causing this?

If you are using a NinjaTrader data feed, it is expected that these instruments would not be available as we do not provide this data.


I understand you mentioned that you had it before, however it must have been a different connection you were using altogether.
