How to access new imported drawing tool?

I have recently downloaded an advanced risk/reward tool and imported into my NJ 8; however, it is not showing up in my drawing tools. How do I access this new drawing tool? Screenshot of the download is below. Thank you.

If you don't see the Drawing Tool, you would need to reach out to the Person, Developer, or Company that you got the 3rd party drawing tool from and ask them where it is at and how to use it.
