    Wrong commission in Trade Performance

    Hi,

    I have the issue that the trade performance report shows me as a commission of 0.18 per trade, but in reality it is 0.61 in MES instrument.

    I suppose that it only takes the commission according to the ninjatrader_futures_commissions.pdf where it shows 0.09 for lifetime license.
    But the reality is that the total cost is 0.61 per trade and not 0.18 (0.09x2)

    Can this be solved?

    If I go to Tools > Commissions, lifetime > MES, it shows 0.61.​

    From what you described, it seems the Trade Performance report is calculating commissions using an older rate (0.18 per trade) rather than the updated commission setting you have configured (0.61 for MES). NinjaTrader should ideally use the specified commission rates you've set in Tools > Commissions for accurate reporting.

    To ensure that your Trade Performance report reflects the correct commission rate, please try the following steps:
    1. Verify Commission Template Assignment:
      • Go to Tools > Commissions and confirm that the "Lifetime" template for MES is indeed set to 0.61.
      • Ensure that this commission template is assigned to your account. You can check by going to Accounts in the Control Center, right-clicking on your account, and selecting Edit Account. Confirm that the correct commission template is selected.
    2. Reset Commission Settings:
      • If the correct template is assigned but still showing an outdated rate, reset the commission settings by re-selecting or re-applying the commission rate for MES:
        • Go back to Tools > Commissions.
        • Edit the MES commission rate, click Apply, then reset it back to 0.61 and apply it again. This action might refresh the rate used in the Trade Performance calculations.
    3. Re-run the Trade Performance Report:
      • After updating, re-run the Trade Performance report to see if it reflects the 0.61 rate.

    If you continue to see discrepancies, please send your log and trace files to help review any potential issues with the commission settings. This can be done by navigating to Control Center > Help > Email Support and including "log" and "trace" files in the attachment options.
