I am going live next week.. i have entered live orders in the past while learning, and as soon as the ATM order was filled, the chart froze up and i had to call the trade desk to close out. ive been told that can happen when using a third party system. the only add-on ive ever used is the toolbar shortcut for NT7.. my question is this.. Once the entry is filled, and i have the target and stop in the ATM set, even if i disconnect or freeze up, should the stop and the target stay active? Or should i keep NT trade desk number ready to go just in case? i dont expect any issues but just in case.. thanks for any help

At a high level, you should not be seeing performance issues when using the platform. I suspect that in order tor resolve your best foot forward is to address why this is occurring.
