    Q - Accurate & fast supply/demand indicator needed

    Hi,
    I need a decent MTF supply/demand indicator.
I have access to one called SupDemZones (Free) which generally works but zones can be inaccurate if there is a price spike due to say a spurious trade (common with equities). I also have another indicator by ARC Ai called ARC_SDVSystem (commercial) but the problem with this is that it is SSSLLLOOOWWW! The latter also has other features like profiles in the zones which I don't really need but again the speed is the issue. If I have several charts on the screen, it slows down NT8 if I have to switch to a different instrument.

So does anyone have or know of a MTF supply/demand indicator that works giving accurate supply demand zones and allows some kind of vetting to avoid price spikes?
    Thanks for any help.
    Regards,
    iq

    Hello iq200 ,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    I would suggest searching the user ecosystem for custom NinjaScripts that may accomplish the same goal or closely resemble the indicators your have mentioned;

    Please try searching here:

Here is a basic guideline of how to import NinjaScript add-ons in NinjaTrader 8:
Note — To import NinjaScripts you will need the original .zip file.

    To Import:
    1. Download the NinjaScripts to your desktop, keep them in the compressed .zip file.
    2. From the Control Center window select the menu Tools > Import > NinjaScript Add-on...
    3. Select the downloaded .zip file
    4. NinjaTrader will then confirm if the import has been successful.

Critical - Specifically for some NinjaScripts, it will prompt that you are running newer versions of @SMA, @EMA, etc. and ask if you want to replace, press 'No'

Once installed, you may add the indicator to a chart by:
    • Right-click your chart > Indicators... > Select the Indicator from the 'Available' list on the left > Add > OK

Here is a short video demonstration of the import process:
