Custom strategy not appearing in list for a chart

When I create a new chart and try to add my custom strategy to it, it does not appear in the list of strategies.

The strategy does however appear in the NinjaScript Editor list, it also compiles without errors, and the Log tab on the control center (as well as the files in Documents/NinjaTrader 8/Log) do not show any issues that I can see.

What I have already tried after reading several other threads here:

- restarting the app/computer

- reinstalling the app

- deleting NinjaScript.Custom.dll (while NT is closed) and then re-compiling the strategy

- creating a new workspace

- creating a new empty strategy and then copy/pasting the code, changing the class name to the new name

What other steps can I take to solve this?

Do you see errors in the log specifically after opening the strategies menu? If not that is likely a naming issue, you may want to try and use the NinjaScript editor to rename the file which should correct any naming issues. If its manually coded check that the Name = "" string in OnStateChange reflects the correct name you want it to be in the menu.

Thanks, the Name string was the issue, it was set to an old strategy name by mistake and I missed it. I had no idea the file/class name was irrelevant.
