    My charts don't display correctly. What can I do?

    Hi everyone,

    I hope that by posting on this forum I will be able to find a solution to my problem.

    I've opened a Live account with NT and I'm using the latest version of the Desktop application.

    For the moment I haven't credited my Live account yet because I want to use NT to trade at Bulenox or another Propfirm.

    And that's my problem:

    In Daily, all my charts show up normally whether on Stocks, Indexes, Futures and for some Forex pairs (not all).

    But as soon as I get to H4, H1, M15 or M5, it's a real catastrophe.
    In this case:
    Cryptos = OK
    Futures = OK
    Indexes = OK
    Micros = OK
    Stocks = NO
    Forex = NO

    Are any assets blocked because I haven't credited my Live account?

    Thank you for reaching out.

    Please be advised that NinjaTrader Brokerage accounts does not support/provide Stock nor Forex data. You would get live data for Futures contracts only.

    See all available Futures contracts in the chart below under the CME exchange.

    Supported Instruments Chart

    If you want data for spot Forex or Stocks, you'll need to subscribe with a 3rd party data provider or license NinjaTrader for use with a supported Stock/Forex broker.

    See how the NinjaTrader Desktop platform supports multiple market data and brokerage options, including equities, forex, and more.


    If you simply need End of Day historical data then you can use the "Kinetick - End of Day (Free)" connection built into NinjaTrader for daily or higher intervals of historical data. This is what is used to still load static historical Daily Charts for some stocks. But this feed does not provide live intraday data.
