volume profile not plotting through the session

I have an issue with volume profile / market profile not plotting the whole session and it will cut the last 30 min or the last hour !!!! its not always it happens some time like yesterday.
Please advise.

Given that both the chart and the profile use the same trading hours template, let's troubleshoot this issue as follows:

1. Adjust Profile Calculation Setting:
   • In the Order Flow Volume Profile settings, confirm that the calculation is set to "On each tick" or "On price change" rather than "On bar close." This can sometimes affect how data at the end of the session is processed.
2. Check for Platform Updates:
   • Ensure you are running the latest version of NinjaTrader 8, as updates may include improvements or fixes for Order Flow Volume Profile performance.
3. Reload Historical Data:
   • Right-click on your chart and select Reload All Historical Data to refresh and ensure no missing data causes this discrepancy.

If the issue persists intermittently, please provide the log and trace files from the affected session. This will help us investigate any underlying factors that could contribute to the issue. You can access these files by going to Control Center > Help > Email Support, attaching the log and trace files, and mentioning this issue for further analysis.
