eSignal Data Connection

Iam Testing Ninjatrader and have allready an eSignal Datafeed Subscription. I have Setup the connection to eSignal. At the first Start, the connection worked. On the Next and Multiple Starts after, the Connection throws an Error "Connection Error" without any Context. Today i managed to Open Ninjatrader and the Connection worked. To test if eSignal is the problem, i have allways startet Multicharts with eSignal as Datafeed and that worked. Where is the problem?

For more insight on your connection, please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so we may investigate this matter further.

• Open Windows File Explorer (hotkey = Windows key + E) Then navigate to, "Documents" (sometimes called, "My Documents") > 'NinjaTrader 8' folder or "NinjaTrader 7' folder
• Right-click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
