Missing 1.000$ on my account (microbitcoin october position)

Hi, i write because miss some profits on my account (i already wrote to [email protected] and [email protected])

I opened one micro Bitcoin contract on October 10th (price: $59,060) and another micro Bitcoin contract on October 22nd (price: $66,980).

I forgot to close the position, and after the expiration date, the settlement price of this contract was around $68,000.

However, my account is missing the $1,000 profit!

I checked my daily profits from October 9th to today, and there isn’t a single day with a $1,000 total profit. This seems impossible because I held this position, and closing it at expiration should have generated at least $1,000 in profit on a single day.

Another strange thing is that last week I remember seeing a total balance of over $33,000, but now my account history shows the highest balance reached was only $32,300.
