1) The order Tab did show a stop order with cancel Pending in red and I can't cancel the order. even closing the platform and reopening. I had to reset the sim account. Did the order reside on your server?
2) I saw an answer by customer support (I can't locate it) that if I recall correctly said that we can request a paper account to test the reliability of the strategy execution. With a paper account the verification would be closer to reality since all orders would reside on a remote server, not just on our computer. Is it possible to request that or is it what I just saw logging in the Ninjatrader account page where I saw DEMOXXXXXX Sim account? If yes can it be enabled for desktop?
