offer above market at specific distance from current offer

How can I quickly offer one contract (with ATM) at a specific number of ticks above the current offer?
For example if the offer on NQ is 20517.50 and I am looking for 6 ticks, I would like to have a way to offer
at 20519.00 without having to go to the DOM which is difficult to use in a fast market. Hoping there is a way to
do this with one click

It it possible to set up an Order Entry Hot Key that should allow you to place an order as you have descibed.

In short, a Modal Form is any of the settings windows that make you click OK and close it before you can click on anything else.
