Price data missing FDXS DEC24

Price data is missing from 05.08.2024 upto 15.08.2024. Correct data will only be displayed again from 15.08.2024.
TWS displays all data. What could be the reason for this?

Thank you for the message.

It is possible a Trading Hours Template is preventing the additional data from showing:

• Right-click on the chart > Click Data Series
• Scroll down to Time frame > Trading hours > Set this to "Default 24x7" > Click OK
• Right-click on the chart > Select "Reload all historical data" and wait for the chart to load back in.
  • Do the two data series line up now?

If the behavior continues, please use the following steps to remove all of the old Historical Data from the platform and re-download the data new:

• Close NinjaTrader
• Go to the Documents folder > NinjaTrader 8 > db, this folder holds all of the historical data
  • Delete the following folders:
    • Tick
    • Minute
    • Day
    • Cache
      • Do NOT delete any other files or folders
  • After Deleting these folders, reopen NinjaTrader and it will make New ones automatically.

Reopen NinjaTrader and connect to data and wait for the charts to load in.

• Do the charts line up now?
  • If not, pleas provide an updated screenshot of the two charts side-by-side.

Both methods do not work. NT no longer loads any historical data at all. NT only shows: Loading...
Even a restart of the TWS did not help.

Oops. After about 20 minutes, the data is ALL there. Thanks for the help.
