Data feed interruptions

Hello,
I have subscribed to the CME (top of the book) data feed at Ninjatrader Brokerage. Unfortunately, I have very frequent disconnections. Mostly 1 or 2 seconds, as you can see in the following picture. Sometimes all data and indicators have to be reloaded in the chart, which is very annoying in the long run.
It is not due to my internet connection, I have had a continuous connection for 2 months (I have already checked this). It's not the firewall either.

Can anyone help me with this?
