Can't login to Web Dashboard

When I log in to https://account.ninjatrader.com, the web dashboard briefly appears, but then I’m redirected to https://account.ninjatrader.com/trading-mode, where it prompts me to 'open a live account.' It says I have an open application, but every time I try to resume it, I end up back at the trading mode page with the same message that I have an open application. I started the application two days ago, on 10/24/2024 at 6:28 PM, and I've uploaded my documents at least five times.

Any idea what's going on?
