Chart Renering Error?

I'm getting the following error in my logs...
2024-10-25 04:15:29:892|3|16|Chart rendering to a software bitmap failed. There is likely a problem with a chart object's render method. D2D error = 'Object reference not set to an instance of an object.'
Any suggestions on how I can try to debug it?

Please also follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so we may investigate this matter further.

• Open the Windows File Explorer (Windows key + E), then navigate to the Documents/NinjaTrader 8 folder.
• Left-click once on the 'log' and 'trace' folders to highlight them, then right-click and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this clientservices@ninjatrader[dot]com
