I renstalled NT8 new, why is still looking for it. Show me what to do , Do I need to reinstalled my window 10 to remove this problem.

Where is the Log Files , why my NT8 is looking at my log files in my cloud drive when I already unlink it already out of my PC, and
I renstalled NT8 new, why is still looking for it. Show me what to do , Do I need to reinstalled my window 10 to remove this problem.Tags: None

Thank you for posting on the NinjaTrader forums.
For further assistance please use the following instructions to send us your log and trace files to clientservices@ninjatrader[dot]com.- Open the Windows File Explorer (Windows key + E), then navigate to the Documents/NinjaTrader 8 folder.
- Left-click once on the 'log' and 'trace' folders to highlight them, then right-click and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
- Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to the email above.
