Dax future data issue

Hi, I'm experiencing issues with the DAX futures on rithmic data. It's loading, but the real-time data isn't updating. The price remains static as you can see in the image. This is the only symbol causing this problem. Could it be a platform issue?

Problem solved. I hadn't noticed that Rithmic provides real-time data for Eurex only upon request. My mistake, apologies
