Is this a type of thread I can post on this forum? If not I am sorry.
I had an issue last week where my trade was not close properly resulting in another LOST account. I pressed CLOSE many times with no RESULT.
Was this an issue with SOFTWARE OR RITHMIC ?
Message from company:
"We have re-reviewed the log files. We see the same information. The trade was closed at the first attempt.
These are the details of the order on Rithmic. As far as we can see, it went through with no issues:
I am not sure if NinjaTrader offers any support on this type of subject.
I am just looking for some understanding. It is pretty hard to keep it up with the trading process.
Any HELP would be appreciated.
