Trouble pulling up live charts with data from my brokerage

Apologies if this is a stupid question.

I have an account with Interactive Brokers (IB) that I would like to use through NinjaTrader 8 (NT8).

I've connected my IB account to NT8 via Traders Workstation (see first pic) but no matter what instrument I select, I cannot get live data. I'm not sure why as I have a whole host of "Real-Time Services" offered by IB (see second pic).

So, for example, if I try and pull up a BTC/USD chart (see third pic), nothing comes up even though I should be getting live data from Paxos via IB.

As another example (see fourth pic), if I try and open AMZN some data comes up but it's not live data.

If anyone could help, it would be greatly appreciated.

As a first attempt to troubleshoot - please make sure that you are using the supported version of IB Gateway / TWS as outlined in our connection guide:
