Active order not showing in Positions?

I have an active order that doesn't show up in the Positions tab? This is on a Sim account. Is this a known issue? TIA

Could it be that your Positions tab is filterring by a specific account, rather than all?




Please try creating a brand new Positions tab and check it for positions:



Let me know if you still cannot see your active Sim account positions.

I created a new Positions tab and selected the Sim account and it has the same list as the other Positions Tab. I can see the missing trade is active on my chart and in the Orders tab.

If your positions a Limit order that is yet to be filled? Or has it already filled?

Please send in your log and trace files so that we may look more into what may be occurring.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

Make sure to categorize your request at the top.

Ensure 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.

If you could also provide the screenshot of what you are seeing, that would be appreciated.

As seen in the first post screenshot it is a market order with matching stop limit oco orders and they are still active because neither has been reached.

I don't have time to do emails and logs and conversations around the issue. That's why I brought it to attention here.

Understandable, please note that we can only proceed to provide general troubleshooting through the forums. If your issue turns out to be local/more extensive you would want to make the time to send in your files for a proper investigation.

Please note that Limit orders set in that matter do not appear in the Positions tab.

You will want to wait until either of the Limit Orders fills and then it will become an actual Position in the market, and therefore appear in the Positions tab.

It's not a limit order... it's an open market order with matching oco stop limit orders (aka stop-loss, take-profit).

You're right... I have 10 charts and they all looked the same but like you say the entry marker is missing. It's odd the stop and limit orders are still active and marked on the chart because they are oco orders tied to the market order that isn't on the chart.

They may be OCO to each other, but are you sure they are tied to the market order? The color looks like they are not using ATM, so what is tying them to the market order?

All my orders are done through Ninscripting. I know the OCO orders get cancelled when the market order is closed so it may be something else that I will to look into.
