    StopLoss not triggering despite being hit by price

    Hello,

    could you please explain why a stoploss that is a WORKING STOPMARKET order would not trigger when price hits it? The order is visible in the chart trader and can be moved with the mouse. It also shows as working in the orders tab of the control center.

    I've taken a video of the problem where you can see the price blow past the stop order and literally nothing happening. I've uploaded it to googleDrive since, apparently, it cannot be uploaded here because of its size:

    Thank you for posting.

    Unfortunately I am not able to view your video due to not having permission to the file. So I may look into this further please go to Help->Email Support and be sure to include Attn: Chris Jameson in the Subject line, a link to this thread in the body as well as the Order ID assigned which can be found in the Orders tab of the Control Center and a check in the box for "Log and trace files".

        Unfortunately I did not receive your files. Did you receive a response after sending the requested files? If you did not so I may look into this further please send an email to [email protected] with "ATTN: Chris Jameson" in the subject line.

        In the message, please include the following:
        1.) A link to this forum thread.
        2.) The Order ID assigned to the Stop Loss order
        3.) A copy of your log and trace files.

        Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your email.
        • Open your NinjaTrader folder under, "Documents" (sometimes called, "My Documents")
        • Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
        • Send the 2 compressed folders as an attachment in your email
        • Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
