OCO order and computer and wifi outage

Hi,

I was in an OCO order and whilst in the trade, my power cut. Subsequently, I used a power station to power my wifi and accessed NT client portal. From there I observed my trade and the profit traget hit. With "order filled." All well and nice so far, then I observed that my order was reversed 15 minutes later after the profit target. Why would this happen?

To add the "reversal" was above my initial entry.

In order for us to take a closer look at this, please email our support team at [email protected] with your Log and Trace files using the instructions below:

• Open the 'Windows File Explorer' then navigate to, "Documents" > 'NinjaTrader 8' folder
• Right-click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To > Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to support@ninjatrader[dot]com.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
