Issues trying to trade the listed Coinbase Derivatives

I've tried to load GOL and NOL charts with no luck, just a blank chart and nothing else. When opening a new chart window and typing in GOL, CGOL appears as Coinbase Gold Futures [delisted] and GOL appears as Coinbase Gold Futures. The CGOL chart loads but not able to trade as there is no bid or ask, the same thing for CNOL Coinbase Nano Oil Futures [delisted]. Tried to load these two on the web platform with only NOL loading without any problems, but GOL doesn't even pop up in the search bar. Reached out to the support team with no luck trying ninjatrader continuum connection and coinbase connection on desktop.

Thank you for the message.

You will need to send a message into our support team directly to get the Coinbase enablement added.


Then, we do not record the historical data for either of these instruments on our servers so you will not see the Historical Data within the Desktop Platform.

• The Web Platform uses a different set of servers for its historical data so that is why the instruments load in there.

Please reach back out using the direct thread you already have with NinjaTrader about this and mention you need the account enabled for Coinbase and FairX.
