Rhithmic data feed from AMP Futures no longer supported ?

Hello, I have been using the Rhithmic data feed through AMP with NT in the past ( I have a NT lifetime license) but it seems it is no longer supported, is that correct ? When I enter my Rhithmic credentials in the Connections section it is not accepted !

Thank you for reaching out.

Unless previously enabled, using the generic "Rithmic" connection within NT8 Desktop would not be possible.

We have mainly have worked with AMP/CQG clients in recent times.

If you are getting an error when logging/connecting, please first verify that your crendentials are correct and that your account is active with your broker, as well as what connection should be used.

If you have verified the above:

Please send in your log and trace files so that we may look more into what may be occurring.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

Make sure to categorize your request at the top.

Ensure 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.

If you could also provide a screenshot of what you are seeing, that would be appreciated.
