Trade Performance not showing all accounts

good afternoon! when i open trade performance, i cannot select all of my account. i have made sure i am logged into all of them and there were trades on the days in the requested date range.

for example, today i took a small trade across 23 funded accounts but in the trade performance i cannot get the apex tradovate accounts to show.

Thank you for reaching out.

The Trade Peformance issue where a report would not generate for certain accounts was fixed with the latest NinjaTrader 8 Desktop update (8.1.3.1).

Please update first and then try running your report.

To update to the latest version of NinjaTrader Desktop please follow the steps below.

• Login into the NinjaTrader Account Dashboard
• Click "Download" in the bottom left-hand corner of the sidebar
• Next select "Download" in the "Most Recent Release" Window in the main screen
• Once the installation had downloaded, ensure any previous version of NinjaTrader is closed before running the installation package.
  • Note: You may need to locate this in your "Downloads" folder in a Windows File Explorer

After the installation package is completed you will be able to log into to the latest version of NinjaTrader Desktop with the connection guide linked below:

I'm having the same problem and am running 8.1.3.1

I'm logged into the accounts but the Tradovate accounts don't show in the Accounts window of Trade Performance

I just discovered that if I connect to Tradovate, wait about 30 seconds, then disconnect, the Tradeovate trades show up.

That doesn't seem right
