Hi,

Very often the NT crashes on me by creating thousands of error windows that I can not close and I have to turn the computer off and on again to recover. I have deleted the log in Documents\NinjaTrader 8\db\cache
with no success. When I check the log file I have many many lines of this error:

Unhandled exception: UCEERR_RENDERTHREADFAILURE (Exception from HRESULT: 0x88980406)

I'd appreciate if you could help me out with debugging this problem.

This error is generally due to an issue with a very specific Windows Update. With that said, before we can recommend a solution, we would need to know more about your PC environment and Windows 10 build by reviewing your log and trace files.

Please send in your log and trace files so that we may look more into what may be occurring.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

Make sure to categorize your request at the top.

Ensure 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.

If you could also provide a screenshot of what you are seeing, that would be appreciated.
