Playback control not showing

When I change to market replay Playback control not showing, I can see it when I press Alt+Tab but it is not showing in the window. I re-installed the Desktop app . It's still the same issue.

If you cannot locate the Playback Controller on your screen, it is possible that it was moved off-screen or to a monitor that is no longer connected to your PC.

You may follow the steps below to rename NinjaTrader's UI file which should bring the Playback Controller back into view:

• Shutdown NinjaTrader
• Go to your computer's File Explorer (Windows key + E)
• Navigate to the Documents/NinjaTrader 8 folder
• Right-click on the 'UI.xml' file > select "Rename"
• Rename this to "UIold.xml" or "UI.old.xml"
• Then restart NinjaTrader and connect to test.

You will need to resize and relocate your Workspace after restarting your platform, but the Playback Controller should be visible again after reconnecting to the Playback Connection.
