Can't submit orders using Rithmic

Can't submit orders on any of my Rithmic accounts.
Personal account works fine.
First time happening after years please help

If somebody else stumbles upon this (Wednesday, October 2nd) and are using a Rithmic based evaluation service, please report to your provider directly.
