Upon connecting to Rithmic, I get the following error message:
I've checked with Wedbush, and all my market data permissions are good. If I log into the Rithmic Trader Pro platform, real-time data works as normal, which leads me to suspect that the issue is not from their end.
Everything worked in NT8 2 weeks ago. The issue only started cropping up intermittently last week - I would randomly not get any real-time data upon connection. It sometimes takes a few tries of shutdown / restart of the software before it will suddenly start working again. The error message above is new though - I've only seen it today.
Would appreciate any assistance on this.
