Partially filled orders shown as filled in the log

Hello,

I am having an issue where I submit a pending order with a contract size greater than 1, and it gets only partially filled. However, in the Orders tab, it is shown as filled. See the attached screenshots below. This was on Sim, however don't know what the reason might be and don't want to start experimenting on other accounts.
