Live: Unable to Connect to the Remote Server (Logon failed)

Hi,

I am currently unable to connect to my Live data feed. I recently cleared my cache and minute data from the db folder within the NinjaTrader 8 folder so I think this might be causing me an issue. Additionally, when I go to connect to the live feed I get the following error within my log screen so I think this also has something to do with the issue:


Can you please help me to figure out how to fix this? I've never had connection issues before today.

So I may look into this further please go to Help->Email Support and be sure to include Attn: Chris Jameson in the Subject line, a link to this thread in the body and a check in the box for "Log and trace files".

That doesn't look like the ticker format typically used in NinjaTrader
