impossible to log in.

    impossible to log in.




    people with nt,



    for the past 4 or 5 days i have been having significant trouble logging in to the nt platform or portal.


    weekends are the time to develop, evaluate and refine systems but none of that is possible if one is not able to log in to the nt platform. both the platform and the portal display 404 error messages.


    this happened one or two times last week during the evening after restarting the platform, however i was able to log in once again on friday morning. that same day during the evening nothing was working but i imagined that it could be something related to regular maintenance works, however after several hours went by and it still was not possible to log in, i emailed nt support. the first email received no reply, while the second email received a useless artificial intelligence message. i had to reply to dismiss the artificial intelligence script and thus send a third email to be assigned a ticket. it is now sunday and i still can't log in and still have not received any response from nt staff.



    ¿can anyone at nt assist with this situation? ¿how much more should i expect to not be able to use the nt platform? i used to email nt support for urgent matters being that posts on these fora can go unanswered for a long time but these latest developments are shocking.

    Thank you for the message.

    Depending on who you were connecting to or what website you were visiting, it could have also been down for weekend maintenance and updates.
    • As you suggested, "weekends are the time to develop, evaluate and refine systems". The same is true for our development team. When the Market is closed, that is when we like to try and perform maintenance.

    Please know that our normal hours of support are Monday - Friday from 8 am - 5 pm CST. Outside of those hours we are working with a dramatically smaller team so it can take a little longer to get a response.
    • Then come Monday morning, our team is back in full force.

    I checked our email support system and did not see any new emails from the Email Address that was used to sign up for this forum username.

    Please use the following steps to send your log and trace files to the support team directly from your NinjaTrader Platform so we may investigate this behavior further:
    • Within NinjaTrader, go to the Control Center > Help > Email Support...
    • To: Set this to "Platform Technical Support"
    • Subject: Copy and paste the Forum URL
    • Attach: Attach a file, picture, or compressed file to share multiple files/pictures
    • Body: Include any other information you would like to share on the situation
    • Make sure 'Log and Trace files' is checked to include the requested files
      • Send the email

      The problem is only on your end because I was using NinjaTrader all weekend and backtesting with no issues, and everyone in our trade group practices over the weekend too, but we're all doing it through ninjamobiletrader vps
