Strategy Builder - enter long/short after1st bar at opening

Hello

Im a Beginner with Strategy Builder , please can you help me with this strategy: MNQ enter Long after 1st range bar (120 pips range bar) formed from opening at 6 PM ET have closed up and Sell if closed down, SL 300 pips, TP 600. BE +250 pips trail after +280 with distance -30 pips.

Well, thank you for the answer but I don't have much time to learn all that materials.

Would be so nice if some expert could put 5 min of time to create the Strategy with some Coding Program , I think should not be difficult nowdays.
