    NINJATRADER IS FROZEN SUDDENLY. Fix this

    Ninja trader tech support,

    This is critical. I suggest -only expert level 2 engage here. No rookie support person.

    I am running 8 strategies for MES instrument. All 8 strategies are running with Bar Close on 3 mins. I am using direct ninja trader's data feed.

    All of sudden, my chart is frozen, no price movement occurs and Live Data Green symbol is still active.

    Then, why ninja is freezing? solve it.

    My Computer is very very very high power with Advanced GPU and 128 GB RAM too. I am not running any other programs in PC.

    This is painful.

    You guys better resolve this ninja problem. So many of users are tired of this problem. And yet, no one it taking action.

    Fix it fast. Provide solution.

    For us to investigate this further, we would need to look through your log and trace files to have an idea of what is going on.

    Please use the following steps to send your log and trace files to the support team directly from your NinjaTrader Platform so we may investigate this behavior further:
    • Within NinjaTrader, go to the Control Center > Help > Email Support...
    • To: Set this to "Platform Technical Support"
    • Subject: Copy and paste the Forum URL
    • Attach: Attach a file, picture, or compressed file to share multiple files/pictures
    • Body: Include any other information you would like to share on the situation
    • Make sure 'Log and Trace files' is checked to include the requested files
      • Send the email

      Clayton. Involve some tier 2 technical expert. I have gone thru log and trace file stages as well.

      This is advanced problem. so, please let us not waste time on other areas with no values.

        You are already speaking with a Tier 2 - Team lead.

        I have searched the NinjaTrader Email servers for the email address you used to sign up for the Forum and do not see any direct correspondence with our team.

        If you already have an email thread with NinjaTrader Support, then please respond to that and keep working with the technician.

        If not, then use the steps previously provided to write in with your log and Trace files so we can help investigate this further.
        • Within NinjaTrader, go to the Control Center > Help > Email Support...
