Y Value of Line to nearest tick?

Is there a way to have the y value of a line on a chart "snap" to the nearest tick? In my case it would be .25 for the MES.

Thank you for posting.

To clarify are you referring to when applying a drawing object to your chart? If so to have this snap to price go to the Drawing Tool drop down->Snap Mode->Select Price.
