Thank you for the message.

This simply means the Username and Password are missing from the Connection settings.

• Go to the Control Center > Connections > configure
• Click the "My NinjaTrader Live" connection
• Put the Username and Password back in > Click OK

Now, you should be ready to connect to the account again.

I did reinstall windows. how do I get it back if it has been blanked out?

Scroll down in the 'Available' List and double-click on "Rithmic for NinjaTrader Brokerage" to add it back to the "Configured" list where you can edit its settings.
