error message please upgrade to a lifetime license

Hi, I am unable to fully open my charts on NT8, and cannot connect to my data feed. A persistant error message re: please upgrade to a lifetime license to unlock order flow+ functionality appears. I have a lifetime license.
Everything was working fine yesterday when i shut down. I am running on Win 10, and for a few days was seeing message to do an update. I was putting it off until the weekend ( because historically I have found the updates can be disruptive ). However when I checked for updates this morning, It told me the computer was up to date, so I'm suspecting Windows must have automatically updated.
Anyway when I first tried to load NT8 it informed me something had changed in my credentials.... Which to my knowledge has not.
I checked my connection to internet. it is ok.

Any suggestions?

Please send in your log and trace files so that we may look more into what may be occurring.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

Make sure to categorize your request at the top.

*Ensure 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.

If you could also provide a screenshot of what you are seeing, that would be appreciated.

Thanks Erick, I found my NInja lifetime license was not enterered correctly (mystery?) so I changed to correct and that took care of that error. As for Log in to data feed, i called my broker and changed the password. That corrected that issue. So it seems we're good to go. Thanks for your respnse.
