Live data is not working for BTCUSD

Hello,

I have an issue with BTCUSD live data. Since some time I can refresh the gragh but the live data does not work.

I tried out many different configurations with the multiprovider option and also without it but nothing seem to work.

Here a screenshot of the log and an error message which is being stated:


Any idea what can be happening?

I see you are connecting to a Live account with NinjaTrader Brokerage.

Please note that our accounts do not support Live market data for Cryptocurrencies (nor Forex pairs nor Stocks)

We support futures and forex futures contracts only.

thanks for your reply.

I understand BTCUSD live data can be obtained by connecting to Coinbase provider on your platform. This option was working well for me for long time but stopped working and I'm not able to make it work properly again. Any hint why this can be happening?
