Data from "Simulated Data Feed" connection

Hi,

Is the data from the "Simulated Data Feed" connection saved as part of the Historical Data database, or is it only held in temporary cache and is wiped when you close the feed?

As in, if I connect to the Simulated Feed for MSFT from 12pm - 3pm on Sept 12, 2024, will the price feed be permanently saved and will load up as part of the chart as historical data in the future?

Thank you for posting on the NinjaTrader forums.


The data from 'Simulated Data Feed' will not be added to the actual historical data as this is generated separately from the actual historical data when not using this data feed.
